Step 1: Prevent Headset From Going to Sleep
If you are taking off the headset, ensure that you connect it to a power supply via the USB port – this will keep the headset active so that it can complete the download.
Step 2: Multiple Downloads Queued
- Cancel every download.
- Turn the headset off completely and wait 30 seconds.
- Power the headset back on and try to download only one game at a time.
Step 3: Factory Reset
If neither of the above steps resolves the issue, try performing a factory reset
Find this option in the headset by navigating to:
Settings > Device > Factory Reset
