How to Manage Your Omni Online Subscription

This article explains how to manage your Omni Online subscription, including how to cancel, activate, and maintain your account.


Set Up Your Omni Account First

To use Omni Online, you must have an Omni One account and the Omni One mobile app.

Canceling Your Omni Online Subscription

To cancel your Omni Online subscription:

  1. Open the Omni One mobile app
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Omni Online
  4. Select Cancel Membership
  5. Tap Yes, Cancel to confirm

Important notes:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least one (1) day before renewal
  • No prorated refunds are provided for the current billing period

 

What is Omni Online?

Omni Online is a subscription service that enables connected features within the Omni One ecosystem.

Key features include:

  • Multiplayer Gaming
    Connect and compete with friends, family, or the wider Omni One community
  • Member Deals
    Access exclusive offers and promotions on games and content
  • Unlimited Users
    A single subscription supports unlimited user accounts on one Omni One device
  • Profiles, Leaderboards, and Achievements
    Craft a custom profile, climb leaderboards, and unlock achievements to track and showcase progress

 

Activating an Omni Online Code

To redeem an Omni Online membership code:

  1. Open the Omni One mobile app
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Omni Online
  4. Enter your 12-character code in Redeem Membership Code
  5. Tap Redeem

If you redeem a code while you already have an active membership, the full duration of the code is added to your existing subscription period. Your remaining time will not be lost.

 

Starting an Omni Online Subscription

To subscribe using a payment method:

  1. Open the Omni One mobile app
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Omni Online
  4. Scroll to the subscription section
  5. Select either Monthly or Annual
  6. Add your payment method
  7. Check the box to authorize automatic renewal
  8. Tap Join Omni Online

Your subscription will begin immediately after confirmation.

 

Billing and Renewal

  • Omni Online is billed on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance
  • To avoid renewal, cancellation must be completed at least one (1) day before the next billing date
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

 

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through the Omni One mobile app, including:

  • Viewing your membership status
  • Checking renewal timing
  • Canceling your membership

 

Troubleshooting

If you’re unable to manage or cancel your subscription:

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct Omni One account
  • Check if an update is available for the Omni One app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and install it if needed
  • Restart the app and try again
