Height and Weight:
- Users should be between 4’4” (132 cm) and 6’4” (192 cm) tall.
- The maximum user weight is 250 lbs (113 kg).
User Environment:
- Ensure that the Omni One is placed in a safe location with enough space around it. The area should be at least 6 feet by 6 feet (2 meters by 2 meters) and free from obstacles
Health:
- Omni One is intended for use by healthy adults. Users should be in good physical health and able to engage in moderate to heavy physical exercise.
- The system is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, epileptic, or recovering from major surgery, illness, or a heart attack.
Exercise can present a health risk. Users should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program with this equipment.
To avoid risk of injury, keep long hair, loose clothing, and jewelry away from the three hinges of the Omni One arm.
