Omni One should connect to your Meta Quest automatically if they are both powered on and Omni Connect is running on the headset.
If it does not connect, ensure that you don't have Omni Connect open on a nearby PC.
If auto detection still fails, or you have multiple Omni Ones in the vicinity and you are connecting to the wrong one, go to Settings in Omni Connect, and change the setting from Automatic to manual by entering the ID portion of your Omni One's serial number (as OmniOne-xxxxxx), which can be found on the label on the base, behind the step.
Note:
- You can scan the QR code on the label to copy the serial number to your phone.
- Enter the ID as OmniOne-xxxxxx, using the last six numbers of the serial number.
