The serial number is located on the label at the front of the base. As it is hidden by the step once fully assembled, we recommend that you take a picture of it or make a note of your serial number before attaching the step.
If you need to make a warranty claim, you will need to provide your Omni One's serial number.
If you need to manually connect to Omni One using our software, you will need your Omni's ID, which uses the last set of digits of your serial number: OmniOne-xxxxxx.
