Fast then Slow Flashing Green Omni One is on, and a firmware update is in progress (do not turn off Omni One or the headset until this update is complete). |

Flashing Red An error has occurred, please contact help@virtuix.com. |
If the base LED is slowly flashing green, it is seeking a device to connect to. To connect the treadmill to the Omni One headset, simply power on the headset and they should automatically connect. The base LED will then turn solid green and stay solid as long as the headset is powered on (even if it is in standby mode).
If you try to play an Omni One game and see a message in the headset that you are not connected to a treadmill, then the treadmill is likely either powered off or connected to another device, which you can determine by inspecting the base LED. If it is steady green, the treadmill has connected to another device, such as the Omni One mobile app, a PC that has the Omni Connect app running, or another Omni One headset. Close or power off anything that may have connected to your Omni One. The headset should automatically reconnect to the treadmill, but if it does not, manually connect your headset to the treadmill using the instructions below:
In your headset, go to Settings > General > Omni Treadmill and select ‘Scan for Available Treadmills’ if your treadmill does not automatically appear (make sure that you are standing on or close to your Omni One).
Select the correct treadmill (if more than one appears) and select ‘Connect to Treadmill.’ If you are connected to the wrong treadmill, select 'Disconnect from Treadmill.'
Your treadmill number is on the product sticker on the Omni One base. If you have more than one treadmill and the stickers are missing, turn one on at a time to identify them. For guidance on operating multiple Omni Ones, please see this article.
